Personal Data Protection (Privacy Policy)

By submitting an enquiry, signing a contract, or by direct contact, the client agrees to voluntarily provide their personal data, and the data of the company they represent or act on behalf of, to Aeroclub FREE FALL Croatia (Aeroklub SLOBODAN PAD Hrvatska). The client permits the use of this data with the aim of safeguarding personal interests in all dealings made with Aeroclub FREE FALL Croatia.

Aeroclub Free Fall Croatia commits to safeguarding the personal data of its customers, collecting only the necessary and basic data from customers/users required to fulfil our obligations; informing customers on how the collected data is used, regularly providing customers the option regarding the usage of their data, including the decision on whether or not they wish their name to be removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly protected and available only to employees for whom this data is necessary to perform their duties. All employees of Aeroclub Free Fall and business partners are responsible for upholding the principles of privacy protection.

The collection and processing of personal data also includes the transfer of the client’s personal data to third parties and companies both within the Republic of Croatia and abroad. Third parties are considered to be any individuals and companies that are essential for the execution of contracted services.

The client agrees that Aeroclub Free Fall Croatia may use personal and/or company data for two years after the expiry of the signed contract, in accordance with the terms mentioned above.

For visitors of paragliding.hr: Google Analytics is used on the paragliding.hr website for the purpose of viewing traffic statistics. Google Analytics provides insights into traffic from sources such as pay-per-click networks, e-mail marketing, display advertising, web search engines, and so forth.
